Within analyzed period, the highest growth was recorded in the group of liquid cargoes, which accounted +108.4 percent compared to the same period in 2012. In terms of other cargo groups, general cargo group showed an increase of handling volumes by 7.8 proc. comparing with the corresponding period of the previous year. Such increase was an outcome of higher volumes of steel production as well as influence of packed ash cargo, which handling operations started in September 2012 (though in 2012 were no ship load operations).
