melasos terminalAs it was scheduled the liquid cargo terminal, that was designed for molasses and other similar products, was launched on 1st of November 2012. The first lot of 3000 tons of molasses was accumulated within 2 weeks and loaded to the vessel on 13th November, 2012. Since the start of terminal operations till the end of April, 2013 a turnover of reloaded molasses has reached 60 thousand tons.

The abovementioned terminal is the second liquid cargo terminal at Western Stevedoring. It contains two reservoirs of 6000 m3 total capacity, cargo heating system with steam, railway trestle for six wagons to be unloaded simultaneously, cargo loading point for vessels as well as motor vehicles and containers.
The first liquid cargo terminal at Western Stevedoring was launched in 2007 and is dedicated for biodiesel, which is handled from motor vehicles to vessels via one reservoir of 4000 m3 capacity.
